6-3-6 Drill

'6-3-6 Drill' This is one of my favourite drills - it can be used in a variety of ways. You could use it to work on hip rotation, breathing every 3 or high elbow recovery however, I like using it to focus on the catch phase of the stroke. Getting the hands into the water and thinking about getting the hand into the right position with the elbow nice and high to push the water back towards your feet.
