I joined F4L Triathlon Coaching in June 2012 after been involved in Triathlon for a number of years, and  was aware of triathletes being coached by Paul and saw what they achieved, so after putting my triathlon career on hold for 3 years while my Daughter went to University I promised myself the first thing I was going to do was join F4L Coaching. I have spent many wasted hours picking Training Plans off the net which were not specific to my needs and as usual I would end up injured over trained and my training was stale and I never really competed to  my full potential. My training is now consistent, it has Balance and I am injury free I look forward to my training sessions, I am so much stronger in body and mind and this would not of been achieved had it not been for F4L Triathlon Coaching.  Paul is always available for help and advice. I recently went to the National Relays with F4L Coaching and got to meet some of the athletes coached by Paul it was good to talk to people with the same mind set as myself and to making  new friends the camaraderie of the group was great  and I look forward to seeing everyone at future events. In 2013 my main goal is to qualify for the World Age Group Championships in London, this will be a big ask,  but as long as I stick to my training Plan I have a good chance of achieving my aim. I have achieved more in the short time I have spent with F4L Triathlon Coaching than all the wasted hours and years in the past.
