Liam Randell

Picture.Name: Liam Randell How long have you been in Triathlon: 2 years. Greatest achievement in Triathlon: Result wise a 2nd place at Ironman Auckland 70.3 (18-24), however finishing my first full distance Ironman in Melbourne in a respectable 6th for my category meant a lot more. Paul helped me achieve this in just 6/8 months. Greatest achievement outside of Triathlon: I like to think my greatest achievement is yet to occur. Keep striving. What you love about F4L Triathlon Coaching and what attracted you to us in the first place: I love having a group of like-minded athletes to train with and a coach I can continue to learn and develop with. I was attracted to F4L Triathlon Coaching because Paul has experience and is readily available (even when I ring him at silly times with peculiar questions). Paul's team is also the right size which ensures personalisation and a focus on each athlete and their goals. What are your targets in Triathlon over next two years: Consistency. My 70.3 goal is to go sub 4.30 as well as compete at the World Championships. At some stage I am also looking to break 10 hours for an Ironman. In one line sum up F4L Triathlon Coaching: Supportive network, fantastic coaching and amazing team atmosphere
