Martin Cope

Name: Martin CopeBusso2 How long have you been in Triathlon: 8 years Greatest achievement in Triathlon: Ironman Asia Pacific Finisher Greatest achievement outside of Triathlon: My Family What you love about F4L Triathlon Coaching and what attracted you to us in the first place: I joined F4L as they are a local group and living in the hills it was really close to home. Most of the other clubs were based closer to the city or along the coast so a lot of time was lost travelling. I have tried training by myself and getting programs done by various coaches but training with other people as well as some individual sessions is much more fun and you tend to push a bit harder in a group. Also having access to the coach Paul Jones several times weekly to discuss training or other issues is excellent value. What are your targets in Triathlon over next two years: Over the next couple of seasons I am looking to improve my PB’s and have set some target times. If anything more comes from that then that is a bonus. I enjoy triathlon and it keeps me motivated and reasonably fit. In one line sum up F4L Triathlon Coaching: The crew at F4L are a great bunch and I now have a lot of friends I would never have made otherwise. Busso 70.3 is my favorite event and the whole family get involved.
