I broke my ribs 12 weeks before the race so my training wasn't exactly ideal! Greatest achievement outside of Triathlon: I have 2 - my first is overcoming my fear of heights to do a 15,000ft sky dive. My second is appearing on ITV's The Krypton Factor! What you love about F4L Triathlon Coaching and what attracted you to us in the first place: My friend (Michael O'Reilly) recommended F4L Triathlon Coaching to me. His results with them had been so impressive that I definitely wanted to be involved. I really love that I'm pushed hard but, despite what I might think, it's never more than I can handle. I've been so happy with my results in this first year of training with F4L that I can't wait to see what more I can do. What are your targets in Triathlon over next two years: Thanks to F4L I'm taking part in the European Duathlon Championships in April 2016. My target is to get a personal best, but secretly I'd love to get a medal in my age group. For 2017 I'd like to break 5 hours for a half iron race.
