Our Performance Triathlon Coaching package is our premium coaching package.
Its designed for those athletes who want individualised guidance to reach their potential and require higher level or detail for their racing preparation and post-race analysis. The option is available for triathletes of all levels and is recommended specifically for athletes that are competing in large events such as:
- Ironman events
- Age Group World Championships of any distance
- ITU Draft legal Elite races
We also recommend this option for athletes who are targeting high performance levels in a specific series of races such as:
- A national age-group series
- ITU Draft legal elite series
- 70.3 race series
All sessions in this coaching option are individualised around a training structure that suits you and your lifestyle. Your training phases for the season are planned so that you can peak at the right time for your targeted races.
In each of your goal races identified for the season, we research each race thoroughly and provide you with a comprehensive race strategy for you to execute the best tactical race. This advance race strategy preparation is only available for Performance Athletes within their coaching package.
Our Performance Coaching package includes:

Your coach will regularly review your program based on feedback and data analysis. They will provide guidance and sessions for optimal performance. Consistent athlete-feedback is encouraged, and your coach will respond to promptly.
