Rachel Walmsley 2Name: Rachel Walmsley How long have you been in Triathlon:  Since 2009. Greatest achievement in Triathlon: 1) Qualifying for the Age Group World Championships London 2013. The most amazing experience. 2) Coming 7th in the Age Group European Championships Kitzbuhel 2014. A stunning location. Greatest achievement outside of Triathlon: Finishing the London Marathon back in 2001. Away from sport? Surviving 10 years as a primary school teacher! What you love about F4L Triathlon Coaching and what attracted you to us in the first place: I've been coached by F4L's Andy Stevens since 2010 and got to know athletes via Facebook, training sessions and the Mallorca training camp. The support from Andy and fellow F4Lers is unwavering and I would be lost without the structured training plan each week. What are your targets in Triathlon over next two years: I'll be continuing with the sprint distance and have qualified for the 2016 European Champs in Lisbon. I have many areas I know I can improve on and you never stop learning with triathlon; that's why it's so addictive. In one line sum up F4L Triathlon Coaching: Genuine support and guidance, wherever you are in the world!
