OVERVIEW WHO IS THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR? Our Foundation plan is aimed at Triathletes looking to improve the quality of their training and performances with a basic coaching setup. Available for people of all levels: beginner, advanced or elite that want to work towards their specific goal races. Its designed for those athletes who want individualised guidance to reach their potential and require higher level or detail for their racing preparation and post-race analysis.
  HOW YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM WORKS Your F4L Triathlon Coach will create an personal training program based upon your racing goals and current training availability after a 15min consultation.

The Foundation package would be great for the triathlete who only requires limited coach-athlete interaction, but requires a personal plan.

Your coach sets your training zones and then delivers your program using information from your F4L Triathlon Coaching Profiling Questionnaire and ongoing personal feedback.

Your coach will regularly review your program based on feedback and data analysis. They will provide guidance and sessions for optimal performance.

Each month your coach will set out your personalised training program.

Consistent athlete-feedback is encouraged, and your coach will respond to promptly.

COACHING EXPERTISE Your F4L Triathlon Coach has 15 years triathlon coaching experience with a track record of successful athlete performances. Be it qualification to IRONMAN Hawaii, athletes who represent their country at the ITU World Age Group Championships or simply personal bests.
Your coach is an IRONMAN Certified Coach. The coach is also qualified as a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach and a Triathlon Australia Development Coach.
