Sprint Training

The 6-hour per week Sprint distance training plan is designed specifically for athletes starting out in triathlon or in the lead up to sprint distance racing.  This plan assumes you have some fitness and are looking to improve your sprint triathlon performance. No need for expensive equipment - this plan has been written to enable anyone to be able to complete it. The sessions have been written so you can complete them on your own. Swim sessions provided are written to help you enhance your technique and your performance too.

 

Olympic Training

The F4L Olympic distance training plan assumes you have 6-10 hours per week to specifically prepare for an Olympic distance triathlon.  The plan assumes you have some fitness and are looking to step up to an Olympic Distance Triathlon having done a Sprint in the past. No need for expensive equipment - this plan has been written to enable anyone to be able to complete it. The sessions have been written so you can complete them on your own. Swim sessions provided are written to help you enhance your technique and your performance too.

70.3 / Half Ironman

The Half Ironman training plan is designed specifically for athletes preparing for an half ironman distance triathlon.  A training plan designed for those athletes who have about 10 hours per week to train. The plan assumes you have some fitness and are looking to step up to the distance having done some triathlon in the past. No need for expensive equipment - this plan has been written to enable anyone to be able to complete it. The sessions have been written so you can complete them on your own. Swim sessions provided are written to help you enhance your technique.
