Paul has had me on a program which suits my ability’s as well as accommodating my work and family commitments. Communications are easy and precise and i have found that when ever i have questions or need guidance Paul is there to respond. My performance is increasing all the time and only just recently i managed a podium which i would never have believed possible. Not only is Paul’s training effective its fun. I was always in two minds before using a coach to whether its worth it or not. Paul has guided me to the point where i really cant believe i went that long without a coach. I get regular feed back about my training and this really helps me stay on track, even when my work is busy or there are family commitments that means i have to drop a session. I have completed a couple of Olympic Tris and an Ironman so far, each time exceeding my expectations on race day. i think about my training and feel excited. Thank you F4L.

We have helped nurses, midwives, firemen and many other shift workers reach their peak. Your coach will work around your availability to create a training program specific that works not only for your body, but for your lifestyle.
You don’t need to buy any specific equipment. Your coach will work with the equipment you have available.
Many F4L athletes have been with the organisation for years.
The coach/athlete relationship takes time to develop and takes a commitment from both to succeed.
Your coach will work with you to either manage the injury, following the advice of any medical experts.
If you cannot run, a focus on cycling & swimming may be best for example.
Your coach will use Training Peaks to inform you of your training sessions which have been set.

Your coach will work with you to identify which races you should target. Whether it is your first sprint Triathlon or first-time stepping up to an Olympic distance event, we'll find what you need.
