Online 121 Swim Technique Session

Develop and improve your swim stroke over the internet with online coaching sessions. Specialist swim technique coach, Paul Jones works with triathletes of all levels and has over 20 years coaching experience. During the session, Paul will analyse your stroke using video, work through some key areas for you to develop and then provide you with some key elements and tools to practice.

Sessions are delivered via Zoom. You will need to provide a video of you swimming freestyle above and below the water.

  • Video footage of your swimming above and below the water

BOOKING YOUR SESSION: Once you have paid for your session, Paul will contact you directly to organise a suitable date and time. 

Our online 121 Swim Technique Sessions with Paul Jones will be taken over Zoom, so you will be required to be connected to the internet, have a Zoom account up and running.  Paul will send you a link to the Zoom meeting so all you have to do is click the link!
