Meet Andrew

At F4L Triathlon Coaching we like to get to know all of our athletes and what makes them tick. Andrew has just started with us so we asked him a few questions to find out more about his journey and goals.

Why do you do Triathlon: My background is cycling but it can get very tedious at times especially long rides, being able to mix up it with running and swimming brings a new dynamic to my training and keeps it interesting.

What is your sporting back ground: Cycling and tennis.

What attracted you to F4L: Was searching TP for a triathlon specific coach who could take my training and results to the next level.  Paul’s credentials and coaching results really stood out and I was really impressed by his professional approach and initial feedback when deciding on a new coach.

What are your targets: To achieve a top 20 finish in my age group in IM events over the next 2 years with the ultimate goal of trying to qualify for Hawaii IM.
