Junior Questionnaire – Trigg (aka ‘Dash’)

20160625_083606aI thought it would be fun for some of the athletes to fill in a questionnaire about their training and what they enjoy about the F4L Triathlon Team environment.

You saw Clancy’s questionnaire last week… now its Trigg’s turn (he’s the smaller of the two eye-balling each other!).

What’s the first thing to enter your mind when you wake up on a training day?
How hard I will go and who I will try and beat.

Tell me your favourite F4L story.
I really liked doing the cycling treasure hunt with James.
We drove around half the course cause we went the hard way and wanted to win!!

Who trains and who complains the hardest?
I personally think I train the hardest and Clancy complains the most.

What’s your favourite / least favourite type of training?
Favourite – Cycling.
Least Favourite – S and C.

If you could have any superpower – what would it be?
Probably fly just because no one has ever flown alone

What’s your typical meal and snack line up on a training day?
Morning – cereal (sustain)
Morning tea – drink, biscuits and fruit
Lunch – sandwiches, Vita wheats
Afternoon tea – cereal or vegemite on toast
Dinner – Steak/pasta/stew/always with vegetables or salad
Supper – Bowl of cereal

What’s your usual pre-race routine?
Check out entry and exit for transition, check nothing has moved from my bike

Describe the perfect 2016/17 for you.
Qualify for the state team and if I do that get in the top 20 for nationals
