Missing 15sec after each rep to chase your mate equates to 1min worth of recovery after 4 reps.  How an easy run can turn into an interval session and ruin your run... and your training week.

Recovery is the glue which holds your training together.  Its easy to make the most of it... however, so many athletes don't and actually think that more training is better.

This is a sure fire way to get sick, injured, tired, moody, unmotivated and lose all the good work you have put in.
