Welcome to the first PK Triathlon Podcast.

I have teamed up with Kate Charlton, who worked with me in Mallorca during the recent Training Camps. Kate is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning specialist as well as a Triathlon Coach.

Our aim is to share triathlon advice and knowledge to beginner and intermediate triathletes and answer some of the questions they haven’t yet thought of in relation to training and racing, and, to bring a little light-heartedness to what can be a rather intense sport.

In this first episode we talk about staying motivated through the COVID-19 crisis and what athletes can & should do with regards to their training.
