- 1-2-1 Swim Technique with Video Feedback — Paul films your stroke above and below water, analyses it in real time, and gives you specific drills to take away. Athletes have shaved minutes off their swim splits after a single session.
- Open Water Swimming — Build the confidence and skills that pool training doesn't give you. Navigation, sighting, drafting, and coping with the chaos of a race start.
- Small Group Open Water Swimming - If you are a beginner or uncertain in open water swimming, this would be a great way to boost your confidence. Group open water swim session - working on skills and developing water confidence.

Paul Jones is a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach — the highest coaching qualification in the sport in the UK — and an IRONMAN Certified Coach with over twenty years of coaching experience. He's worked with athletes of every ability, from first-timers to national-level competitors, and he brings that depth of knowledge to every single session.
