What to expect

Coach Paul Jones — British Triathlon Level 3 Coach and IRONMAN Certified Coach — will be right there with you from start to finish. Every session is tailored to where you are now and where you want to be. That might mean building confidence in open water for the very first time, or drilling the race-specific skills that make a real difference when the gun goes off: sighting, mass-start navigation, buoy turns, drafting, and clean exits from the water.

There are no group dynamics to navigate, no pace to match. Just focused, expert coaching with your goals at the centre of it.
